Installation Notes

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning any work on the dashboard.
- Use plastic trim removal tools to carefully pry away the factory centre console bezel and expose the OEM head unit mounting screws.
- Remove the four retaining screws securing the factory head unit and slide it forward to access the wiring harness and aerial connectors at the rear.
- Disconnect the factory plugs from the OEM unit. Connect the supplied vehicle-specific wiring harness to the factory connectors — no cutting or splicing required.
- Route the GPS antenna to the windscreen or dashboard edge for optimal satellite signal reception.
- Position the external microphone in the headliner or A-pillar area and route the cable discreetly behind the trim panels.
- Connect all harnesses to the rear of the new head unit, slide it into the factory aperture, and secure with the supplied mounting brackets and screws.
- Reattach the dashboard bezel, reconnect the battery terminal, and power on the unit to confirm all functions operate correctly before finalising the installation.
⚠ Note: If your vehicle is equipped with a factory JBL premium audio system or a factory backup camera, verify compatibility with the supplied harness before installation.
