Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, or exchange an item, and how refunds are processed. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, email sales@victorious.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but excessive handling beyond this may result in a deduction from your refund to reflect the reduced value of the goods.

Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will refund the price you paid — including the standard delivery cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence that it has been sent back), using your original payment method.

Return shipping costs for cancellations under this section are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

2. Our 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns window on most items, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange under this policy (faulty items are covered separately below). Please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer — contact us first for return instructions.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, contact us before opening, investigating, or attempting to repair it yourself, so we can advise and approve the return. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on how long you've had the item and the nature of the fault — this is separate from, and not limited by, the 30-day window above.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind, but remain covered if faulty:

  • Alloy wheels
  • Special order items
  • Electronic audio or infotainment equipment (e.g. climate screens, Android Auto units, rear entertainment screens) once installed
  • Bodykits or body panels
  • Electric Side steps or Standard Car Side Steps

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a change-of-mind return. Sale items can only be returned if faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it can take time to post officially.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange a faulty item for the same item, email sales@victorious.shop.

9. Cancelling an Order During Processing

Orders typically take 5–7 days to process while we place them with our suppliers. Cancelling during this window may incur a £30.00 administration fee to cover costs already incurred. This fee does not apply where you are exercising your 14-day statutory cancellation right under Section 1.

10. Shipping Protection Insurance

Shipping protection insurance is non-refundable once a product has been received. Where your return meets the terms of this policy, only the product cost will be refunded.

11. Installation

Installation is the customer's responsibility. We're unable to offer a refund where a product has failed due to installation, and we don't cover the cost of external installation under any circumstances.

12. Return Shipping

To return a product, email us first and we'll provide instructions. You're responsible for your own return shipping costs under our 30-day policy, and these are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For statutory 14-day cancellations, see Section 1. For items over £75, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

13. Customs Charges

If we're charged a customs fee due to a customs form being filled out incorrectly on a returned item, we'll pay the charge and deduct it from your refund.
