Installation Notes

- Open the bonnet and locate the three fastening points on the factory grille (upper and side clips).
- Carefully release the original grille by gently pulling outward on the side tabs—no force needed.
- Lift the factory grille clear and set aside in a safe location.
- Position the diamond grille into the opening, ensuring alignment with upper trim and side flanges.
- Secure using the supplied stainless fasteners into the pre-drilled holes. Hand-tight only—no overtightening.
- Check that the grille sits flush and evenly spaced from the bumper lip on both sides.
- Close the bonnet and inspect fitment from 2 metres away; make any final visual adjustments as needed.
Note: If your V-Class has factory parking sensors integrated into the grille, confirm removal does not affect sensor alignment. Most W447 units have sensors mounted separately on the bumper beam, not the grille itself.
