- Ensure the bonnet is fully cool and the surface is clean. Wash and dry the hood panel thoroughly before beginning.
- Wipe down the entire bonnet surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove any wax, polish, or residue that could affect adhesion.
- Dry-fit the carbon fibre hood cover to the bonnet without removing the adhesive backing. Confirm alignment and panel gap consistency on all edges.
- Mark your alignment points using masking tape at the front and rear edges to act as guides during final placement.
- Peel the adhesive backing incrementally, pressing the cover down firmly from the centre outward to eliminate air pockets.
- Secure any additional clip points using the included fasteners, following the illustrated guide for your specific variant.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the full surface for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond. Allow 24 hours before washing the vehicle.
