Installation

Steps
- Safely elevate the vehicle on ramps or a professional lift. Secure with jack stands if using a jack.
- Remove the rear wheel on the affected side(s).
- Locate the sway bar and the bushing mounting clamps on the frame.
- Remove fasteners securing the bushing clamps. Note orientation of clamp hardware.
- Slide out the worn bushing and inspect the sway bar rod for corrosion or damage.
- Clean the sway bar mounting surface with a wire brush if necessary.
- Position the new OEM bushing, aligning clamps to their original orientation.
- Hand-tighten fasteners, then tighten to specification (typically 30–40 Nm). Do not overtighten.
- Refit the wheel and lower the vehicle fully.
- Test-drive to confirm smooth steering and stable handling. Body roll should feel noticeably reduced.
