- Power off your vehicle and allow the cabin to reach room temperature (adhesive bonds best in stable conditions).
- Gently remove the protective backing from each button surround.
- Using the included prep cloth, thoroughly clean the steering wheel button area. Ensure no dust, oil, or residue remains.
- Align the surround carefully with the target button area, starting from the centre point.
- Press firmly and evenly across the entire surface for 10–15 seconds, working out any air bubbles toward the edges.
- Allow adhesive to cure for a minimum of 2 hours before using the steering wheel buttons.
Surface preparation is critical. Clean steering wheel thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol (90%+) and allow to dry completely. Residual moisture or contaminants will reduce adhesive strength and may cause premature peeling.
