Installation Notes
⏱ Estimated Time: 15–20 minutes | 🔧 Difficulty: Easy — No Tools Required
- Thoroughly clean the bonnet's leading edge using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or panel wipe to remove all wax, grease, and dust. Allow to dry fully before proceeding.
- Dry-fit the leather hood guard against the bonnet to confirm alignment and positioning. Mark the desired position lightly if needed using removable tape.
- Peel back a small section of the adhesive backing film — do not remove the full strip at once — and carefully press the guard into position, starting from the centre and working outward.
- Once aligned, gradually peel the remaining backing film while pressing the guard firmly and evenly along its full length to ensure full adhesive contact.
- Apply firm hand pressure across the entire surface for 60 seconds. Avoid washing the vehicle or exposing the bonnet to moisture for at least 24 hours to allow full adhesive cure.
