- Thoroughly clean both headlamp lenses with a mild soapy solution and allow to dry completely. Remove any wax, grease, or contaminants from the lens surface for maximum adhesion.
- Lightly mist the lens surface with a water and soap solution. This allows you to reposition the film during application before the adhesive fully sets.
- Carefully peel the backing from the pre-cut film and align it to the headlamp lens, starting from one edge and working progressively across the surface.
- Use the included squeegee tool to smooth the film outward from the centre, pushing out any air pockets or moisture as you go.
- Use a heat gun or hairdryer on a low setting to gently warm the edges of the film, encouraging it to conform tightly to any curved or contoured areas of the lens.
- Allow 24–48 hours for the film to fully cure and bond before washing the vehicle or exposing it to heavy rain.
Note: Ensure the vehicle is parked in a clean, dust-free environment during installation. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or extreme cold, as both conditions will reduce working time and adhesion quality. The self-healing function activates with heat — minor surface marks will naturally diminish in warm conditions or with brief exposure to warm water.
