- Work in a clean, dust-free environment at room temperature. Cold conditions can affect adhesion; a heated garage or indoor space is strongly recommended.
- Carefully peel back a small section of the film backing and align the pre-cut edge precisely to the headlamp housing border before committing to full application.
- Using the included squeegee tool, apply the film progressively from one edge, working outward to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full contact with the headlamp surface.
- For any stubborn edges or corners, gentle heat from a heat gun or hairdryer on a low setting can aid conformity — do not overheat the film.
- Allow a minimum of 24–48 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before exposing the headlamps to water, pressure washing, or heavy rain.
⚠ Note: Professional installation is recommended for best results, particularly if you have not previously applied PPF or vinyl film. Improper application may result in lifting edges, trapped bubbles, or misalignment. Ensure headlamp lenses are free from existing chips or damage prior to application.
