- Thoroughly clean all target panel surfaces with an IPA (isopropyl alcohol) wipe to remove any grease, wax, or dust. Allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Dry-fit each trim piece against its corresponding panel to confirm alignment and panel coverage before committing the adhesive.
- Peel back the adhesive liner from each piece, taking care not to contaminate the adhesive surface with finger contact.
- Position each piece carefully against the panel, starting from one edge and pressing down gradually to avoid air bubbles.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the full surface of each trim piece — work from the centre outward — and hold for 30–60 seconds.
- Allow the adhesive to cure at room temperature for a minimum of 24 hours before exposing the vehicle to water, extreme heat, or pressure washing.
Note: For best adhesion, install in ambient temperatures above 15°C (59°F). Avoid installation in direct sunlight or on cold bodywork. If panel surfaces have previously been treated with ceramic coating or paint protection film, adhesive bond strength may vary — test a single piece first before completing the full set.
