- Begin by thoroughly cleaning the B pillar hook housing area on both sides of the cabin. Use an alcohol-based cleaner or panel wipe to remove any dust, grease, or residue. Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding.
- Test-fit each cover without removing the adhesive backing, holding it in position to confirm alignment and coverage over the hook surround.
- Peel back the adhesive liner from the first cover, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface with your fingers.
- Align the cover carefully over the hook housing and press it firmly into position, working from the centre outward to avoid air pockets.
- Apply firm, even hand pressure across the entire cover for 30–60 seconds to ensure full adhesive contact. Repeat for the second cover on the opposite B pillar.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before placing any load or stress on the covers.
⚠ Important: Do not install in cold conditions below 10°C / 50°F — adhesive performance is significantly reduced in low temperatures. If your vehicle has been parked in the cold, bring it to room temperature before fitting. Ensure the surface is completely dry; any moisture will compromise the bond.
