Installation Notes
🛠 Difficulty: Easy · ⏱ Estimated Time: 10–15 minutes · 🔧 Tools Required: None
- Thoroughly clean both B pillar vent surround surfaces using an isopropyl alcohol wipe. Remove any dust, grease or residue and allow to dry completely — this is the most important step for long-term adhesion.
- Dry-fit each cover over the vent surround before removing the adhesive backing. Check alignment and confirm the cover sits flush and centred on both sides.
- Peel the protective film from the pre-applied adhesive tape on the reverse of the first cover.
- Carefully position the cover over the vent surround, aligning from the centre outward. Press firmly and evenly across the full surface for 30–60 seconds.
- Repeat for the second cover on the opposite B pillar vent.
- Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before exposing the trim to direct sunlight or temperature extremes.
⚠ Note: Do not install in temperatures below 10°C — adhesive performance is significantly reduced in cold conditions. For best results, install indoors or in a warm garage environment. Avoid cleaning the area with aggressive solvents after installation.
