Installation Notes
⏱ Estimated Time: 10–15 minutes · 🔧 Difficulty: Beginner
- Clean the existing rear vent ring surrounds thoroughly using an isopropyl alcohol wipe. Remove any dust, grease, or residue and allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Hold the cover against the vent ring without removing the adhesive backing to confirm the alignment and fit before committing.
- Peel back the protective film from the double-sided adhesive on the rear of the cover.
- Position the cover carefully over the vent ring, starting from one edge. Press firmly and evenly across the full surface for 30–60 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
- Repeat the process for the second rear vent. Avoid cleaning or applying pressure to the covers for at least 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
⚠ Note: Ensure the surface temperature of the vent ring is between 15°C and 35°C at the time of installation. Avoid fitting in very cold or damp conditions as this will significantly reduce adhesive performance.
