Installation Notes
Difficulty: Intermediate | Time: 60–90 min per side

Lift the vehicle on jack stands and remove the wheel on the side you're working.

Remove the control arm bolt that passes through the bushing. You may need to support the arm with a hydraulic jack.

Extract the old bushing using a press, bearing puller, or carefully with a hammer and drift. The bushing is press-fit.

Clean the bore in the control arm of any debris or rust.

Press the new bushing squarely into place using a press or installation sleeve. Do not force it by hand.

Reinsert the control arm bolt and torque to 85 Nm (63 lbf-ft).

Lower the vehicle and test suspension compliance over a bump.

Perform a wheel alignment to reset toe-in after suspension work.
Warning: Pressing bushings incorrectly can crack the control arm. If you lack a press, we recommend having a qualified Land Rover technician handle this work. Improper installation voids the guarantee.
