- Begin with a clean, dry interior. Use an isopropyl alcohol wipe to thoroughly degrease the surface of the central control storage box partition where the covers will be applied — this is the most important step for long-term adhesion.
- Allow the cleaned surface to dry completely for 1–2 minutes before proceeding.
- Test-fit both partition covers in position without removing the adhesive backing to confirm correct placement and orientation.
- Peel the protective film from the double-sided adhesive on the back of the first cover, carefully align it to the partition surface, and press firmly into place, working from the centre outward to eliminate any air pockets.
- Repeat for the second cover on the opposite side.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the entire surface of each cover for 30–60 seconds to ensure full adhesive contact.
- Allow the adhesive to cure at room temperature for a minimum of 24 hours before exposing the trim to extremes of heat or cold.
⚠ Note: Do not attempt installation in cold conditions below 10°C, as adhesive performance may be reduced. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or on a very hot dashboard surface. Once bonded, removal may affect the factory trim surface beneath — fit with care.
