Remove old hose: Loosen hose clamps at both ends using a screwdriver. Gently twist and pull to disconnect. If upper hose, disconnect from radiator inlet; if lower, disconnect from radiator outlet and thermostat housing.

Inspect connections: Clean connector ports inside radiator and engine block. Check clamp threads for corrosion; replace clamps if damaged.

Install new hose: Slide new hose onto both connector ports. Ensure full seating (hose should extend ~½ inch past connector shoulder). Tighten clamps evenly—snug but not over-torqued (typically 15–20 Nm).

Refill & bleed: Pour fresh coolant into expansion reservoir to factory level. Start engine, run for 3–5 minutes at idle, then check for leaks around clamps and connections.
