- Begin with a clean, dry interior. Use a microfibre cloth to wipe down each door speaker surround area, removing any dust, oils, or residue that could affect adhesion.
- Dry-fit each panel cover before committing — hold it against the speaker area to confirm alignment and verify the piece sits flush with the door card surface.
- Peel the protective backing from the pre-applied double-sided tape on the rear of the first panel cover.
- Carefully align the cover over the speaker grille surround, starting from one edge and pressing down progressively to avoid air bubbles or misalignment.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the full surface of each cover and hold for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Repeat for all four door panels. Allow 1–2 hours before any heavy door use to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
⚠ Note: For best results, install in a warm environment (above 15°C / 59°F). Cold surfaces reduce adhesive effectiveness. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or on surfaces that are damp. Do not attempt to reposition once the tape has made contact with the panel.
