- Thoroughly clean the fender frame area with an isopropyl alcohol wipe and allow to dry completely. Any residual wax, polish, or road film will compromise adhesion.
- Hold the cover against the fender without removing the adhesive backing and reference the fitment guide to confirm correct positioning and orientation for each side.
- Starting from one end, carefully peel back a small section of the adhesive liner. Align the leading edge of the cover with the fender frame profile.
- Progressively peel the liner while pressing the cover firmly into position, working along the full length to eliminate any air pockets or lifting edges.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the entire surface for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond. Pay particular attention to corners and ends.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before the vehicle is exposed to rain, car washing, or pressure cleaning.
⚠ Note: Do not attempt installation in temperatures below 10°C (50°F) as cold conditions significantly reduce adhesive performance. If unsure about alignment, perform a dry-fit test and photograph your reference points before committing to the final bond.
