- Begin with the vehicle parked on a level surface. Open the front door fully to gain comfortable access to the speaker area on the door or dash panel.
- Thoroughly clean the target surface using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or equivalent. Remove any dust, grease, or residue and allow to dry completely — this is the most critical step for adhesive bond strength.
- Dry-fit the carbon fibre speaker cover against the housing to confirm alignment and positioning before committing to the adhesive.
- Peel the protective backing from the automotive adhesive tape. Carefully align the cover with the speaker housing, pressing firmly from the centre outward to ensure even contact and eliminate air pockets.
- Apply firm, sustained pressure for 30–60 seconds across the entire surface of the cover to activate the adhesive bond.
- Allow a minimum of 2 hours before disturbing the fitment. For best results, avoid exposing the vehicle to moisture or extreme temperature changes for 24 hours post-installation.
⚠ Important: Do not attempt installation on a dirty, damp, or recently polished surface. Adhesive performance is significantly reduced on wax or silicone-treated plastics. If your interior panels have been treated, clean thoroughly with an IPA wipe before fitting.
