Installation Notes

- Park on a level surface and ensure the vehicle is switched off. Allow the engine bay to cool if recently driven.
- Using a plastic trim removal tool, carefully unclip the factory side vent from the bumper surround. Work around the perimeter to release all retaining clips without marking the bodywork.
- With the original vent removed, clean the mounting recess with a soft cloth to remove any debris or residue before fitting the new unit.
- Align the carbon look vent into position, ensuring all clip points are correctly located before applying gentle, even pressure to seat each clip fully.
- Repeat on the opposite side. Run a finger around the perimeter of each vent to confirm a flush, even fit with no gaps or proud edges.
- Step back and inspect both sides for alignment. Clean the finish with a detailing cloth to remove any fingerprints before driving.
⚠ Tip: A plastic pry tool rather than a metal screwdriver is strongly recommended to avoid scratching the bumper surround during clip removal. Take your time on the first side — the second will feel significantly easier once you understand the clip pattern.
