Installation Notes

Prepare. Park on level ground with headlights off and engine cold. Locate jet nozzles on lower bumper edges (left & right of centre grille).

Remove bumper trim (if required). Some models allow direct access; others require removing a plastic trim panel. Consult your model-specific manual or contact us.

Disconnect hose. Gently pull the rubber washer hose from the existing jet. Cap the hose end to prevent fluid spillage.

Remove old jet & cap. Unscrew or unclip the assembly—typically secured with 1–2 fasteners or a push-fit coupling.

Install new jet. Insert the new nozzle assembly and secure with original fasteners. Ensure the spray angle points slightly upward & outward toward the headlamp lens.

Reattach hose. Push the washer hose firmly onto the new jet until it seats fully.

Test system. Refill washer fluid and operate the headlight washer control from the stalk. Observe spray pattern and adjust nozzle angle if needed (gently lever side-to-side).

Paint to match (optional). Components arrive primed. For seamless integration with your bumper finish, light sanding and colour-matched paint is recommended.

Reinstall trim & verify. Replace any removed panels and test once more before returning to service.
