Installation Notes

Locate the nozzles. Open the front bumper access panel or raise the bonnet. The washer jets sit on the inside of the bumper, near the headlights.

Disconnect the hose. Gently pull the washer hose free from the old nozzle assembly. Use a flat tool if needed—apply no excessive force.

Remove the old nozzle. The nozzle typically clips into a socket. Carefully twist counterclockwise or pull straight out, depending on your model year.

Install the new nozzle. Align the new assembly and push firmly until you hear a click. The connector should seat fully.

Reconnect the hose. Slide the washer hose back onto the new nozzle outlet. Push until snug—no leaks should occur.

Test the system. Start the engine and activate the headlamp washers. Both jets should spray symmetrically across the lights.
⚠️ Check your part numbers first. The 2006–2009 L320 uses DNJ500100 + DNJ500110. The 2010–2013 L494 uses LR015358 + LR015359. Installing the wrong set will not fit. If in doubt, message us your VIN and we'll confirm before you buy.
