Installation Notes
Difficulty: Beginner–Intermediate | Time: 20–40 minutes

Remove the old vents: Locate the fastening points on either side of the vehicle (typically 2–3 fixings per vent). Use a 7mm socket or Phillips screwdriver to remove fasteners. Gently prise out the old grille and set aside.

Clean the mounting area: Wipe away any dirt, debris, or old sealant from the body panel. Use a soft cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow to dry completely.

Align the new grill: Position the new vent against the opening, ensuring the top and side edges are flush with the body line. The fit should be snug with no gaps.

Install fasteners: Insert the provided hardware through the pre-drilled holes and tighten by hand first, then use a screwdriver or socket to snug firmly. Do not overtighten—ABS can crack under excessive torque.

Test fitment: Step back and inspect alignment. Both vents should be symmetrical and sit proud of the body without proud edges or misalignment.

Final check: Verify all fixings are secure and test the vent gates move freely if applicable.
