Installation

- Disconnect the vehicle battery at the negative terminal.
- Remove existing tail light assembly by unscrewing mounting bolts (typically 4–6 bolts per side).
- Disconnect the wiring harness from the OEM assembly. Note connector positions for reference.
- Connect the new LED assembly harness to the vehicle connectors. Match colour-coded wires: red (brake/stop), amber (turn), white (reverse), black (ground).
- Align the new assembly with the mounting bracket and secure with provided stainless hardware.
- Check gasket seating to prevent water ingress. Apply silicone sealant around the perimeter if needed.
- Reconnect the battery and test all light functions (brake, turn, reverse, high-mount stop) before closing the tailgate.
- Allow any applied sealant 24 hours to cure before off-road use.
