- Begin with the vehicle parked and both front doors accessible. Ensure the interior is at room temperature — adhesive bonds most effectively above 15°C.
- Use the included alcohol wipe to thoroughly clean the door handle surround area on both doors. Remove any dust, oils, or residue and allow to dry completely for 2–3 minutes.
- Test-fit each cover dry before committing — hold it against the recess to confirm alignment and orientation. The cover should sit flush with no gaps or proud edges.
- Peel the protective backing from the double-sided adhesive on the first cover. Carefully align the piece with the door handle recess and press firmly into position, applying even pressure across the full surface for 30–45 seconds.
- Repeat the process for the second door. Once both covers are applied, avoid operating the door handles forcefully for at least one hour to allow the adhesive to cure fully.
Note: Do not apply in direct sunlight or extreme cold. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the wood grain surface — a soft damp cloth is recommended for ongoing maintenance. If repositioning is required, reheat the adhesive gently with a hairdryer on a low setting before peeling.
