Installation Guide

Drain cooling system: Remove radiator cap, open drain plug, and let coolant flow into a drain pan. Dispose responsibly.

Locate hose routes: Identify which hose(s) you're replacing. Consult factory diagrams for port locations and clamp positions.

Loosen hose clamps: Use a flat-head or Phillips screwdriver to unscrew hose clamps at each end of the old hose.

Remove old hose: Gently twist and pull the old hose free from water pump and radiator fittings. Note the routing path.

Fit new hose: Push new hose firmly onto each port until fully seated. Rotate 90° to ensure no stress on clamps.

Secure clamps: Position clamps approximately 6–12 mm from hose end. Tighten evenly (do not over-torque; snug is sufficient).

Refill coolant: Pour fresh 50/50 coolant into radiator until full. Replace radiator cap and run engine at idle for 2–3 minutes.

Check for leaks: Inspect each clamp connection and hose body for seeping. Top up coolant level if required.

Reset heater: Turn on climate control to purge air locks from the system. Allow engine to reach operating temperature before driving.
Important: Allow engine to cool completely before beginning work. Hot coolant can cause severe burns. Dispose of old coolant at an approved recycling centre—never pour down drains. Keep antifreeze away from children and pets.
