Installation Notes
🔧 Difficulty: Moderate | Estimated Time: 45–75 minutes | Tools Required: Trim removal tools, isopropyl alcohol, microfibre cloth
- Park the vehicle on a level surface and allow the engine and bumper surfaces to cool completely before beginning.
- Using a plastic trim removal tool, carefully unclip and remove the factory front bumper air intake trim inserts from both sides. Take care not to damage the surrounding bumper fascia.
- Clean the mounting surface of each intake recess thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol and a clean microfibre cloth. Allow to dry fully.
- Dry-fit both carbon surrounds to confirm alignment and orientation before applying any adhesive or clips.
- Apply the supplied fitting hardware — OEM clips and/or double-sided automotive tape — and carefully press each carbon surround firmly into position, ensuring flush seating around the perimeter.
- Hold each piece under firm pressure for 60 seconds, then allow the adhesive a minimum of 2 hours to cure before driving the vehicle.
- Step back and inspect both sides from the front of the vehicle to confirm symmetrical positioning and even gap lines.
⚠ Professional Installation Recommended: While this installation is achievable by a capable enthusiast, we strongly recommend having these fitted by a qualified detailer or bodyshop technician to ensure perfect alignment and avoid any risk of surface marking on the bumper fascia. Incorrect fitting is not covered under warranty.
