Installation

- Park your L460 on a level surface and ensure the engine is cold.
- Open the bonnet and locate the six T25 Torx fasteners securing the OEM grille (three on each side of the centre spine).
- Carefully remove the OEM grille by unscrewing all fasteners and gently pulling the grille away from the front bumper—no force required.
- Set the OEM grille aside safely. Inspect the mounting points for any debris and clean if necessary.
- Position the carbon fibre grille against the mounting points, aligning the centre spine first.
- Insert and hand-tighten all six fasteners evenly in a cross pattern to ensure even pressure.
- Using a T25 Torx driver, torque each fastener to 2.5 Nm (no overtightening—carbon fibre is durable but not steel).
- Close the bonnet, step back, and inspect your upgrade from multiple angles.
Important: Do not overtighten fasteners. Carbon fibre grilles require careful but firm mounting only. If you are not confident with tools, we recommend professional installation by an approved Land Rover or specialist technician.
