Installation Notes
Difficulty: Easy · Estimated Time: 45–90 minutes · Tools Required: Trim removal tool, clean microfibre cloth
- Thoroughly clean all exterior trim areas where the new pieces will be fitted. Remove any wax, grease, or polish residue using an isopropyl alcohol wipe to ensure strong adhesion.
- Using a plastic trim removal tool, carefully unclip and remove the existing front grille surround trim from the vehicle. Work gently from each corner inward to avoid stressing the factory clips.
- Align the new Autobiography-style front grille surround and press firmly into the factory clip positions until all retention points are fully seated and flush.
- Remove the existing mesh side vent covers from both the driver and passenger sides. Fit the new mesh vent inserts by aligning the tabs and pressing into place — no adhesive required for these pieces.
- Replace the side grille inserts by unclipping the originals and snapping the new inserts into position. Check alignment against the body panel before applying full pressure.
- Fit the rear door trim moulding kit by peeling the protective backing from the adhesive strip, aligning carefully with the existing factory trim line, and pressing firmly across the full length for 30 seconds to ensure bonding.
- Step back and visually inspect all five pieces for alignment and fitment. Apply light pressure to any panel that does not sit fully flush.
⚠ Important: This kit is designed exclusively for the 2018–2020 L405 Range Rover Vogue post-facelift. Attempting to fit this pack to pre-facelift or alternative models may result in poor fitment. Always confirm your vehicle's production year before installation. Fitting in temperatures below 10°C may reduce adhesive performance — allow the vehicle to warm in a garage before fitting if necessary.
