- Park your vehicle on a flat surface and ensure the steering wheel is in the neutral (straight-ahead) position for easy access to all control areas.
- Use the included prep wipe — or isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth — to thoroughly clean the steering wheel button surround area. Allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Dry-fit the decorative frame against the button cluster without removing the adhesive backing. Confirm alignment with all button cutouts and edges before committing.
- Peel the adhesive backing from the frame, carefully aligning the piece from one edge. Press firmly from the centre outward to eliminate air pockets and ensure full adhesion.
- Apply sustained pressure across the entire frame for 30–60 seconds. Avoid operating the steering wheel controls for at least 2 hours to allow the adhesive to cure fully.

Vehicles with revised or upgraded steering wheel assemblies (including some later 2017 production models) may feature a different button surround profile.
