- Open both front doors and locate the factory roof rail mounting points along the upper door frame channel on your 2024 LC250.
- Remove any existing plastic cover caps from the factory mounting holes using a trim removal tool — these pop free without damage and can be retained.
- Position the front cross bar over the forward mounting points and align the bracket feet squarely with the factory holes on both sides.
- Insert the supplied mounting bolts through the bracket feet and into the factory threaded inserts. Hand-tighten to confirm alignment before applying final torque.
- Repeat the alignment and bolt procedure for the rear cross bar, ensuring equal spacing from the roofline edge on both sides.
- Using a torque wrench, tighten all mounting bolts to the specification noted in your included instruction guide — typically 8–10 Nm for aluminium rail systems.
- Check both bars for lateral movement and confirm all fixings are secure. Test with light hand pressure before loading.
