Important: Before ordering, confirm your car has a "NAVI" button on the control panel. If your car has "CD-AUX" button instead, this system is not compatible. If you have Sirius Satellite Radio installed, contact us—we'll provide additional hardware.
Installation
Difficulty: Intermediate | Time: 45–60 minutes
- Power down your vehicle and disconnect the negative battery terminal (safety first).
- Remove the PCM 3.1 head unit from the dashboard using the provided removal keys or plastic pry tools.
- Disconnect the factory harness and locate the USB port connections behind the unit.
- Connect the wireless CarPlay module to the USB port and secure harness connections to the factory connectors.
- Reinstall the PCM unit into the dashboard and reconnect the battery terminal.
- Power on the system and perform the initial Bluetooth pairing with your smartphone.
- Test all functions: CarPlay, steering wheel controls, microphone, and factory buttons.
- Fine-tune EQ settings to your preference using the onscreen menu.
Note: This system includes a dedicated microphone to maintain safety features. The original factory microphone cannot be reused due to integrated SOS emergency functionality. Full installation instructions are provided in the box.
