Important: Before ordering, confirm your vehicle has an active AUX input or an AMI (Aston Martin Interface) connection in the armrest storage box. This module requires compatible audio routing to function correctly.
Installation & Setup
Difficulty: Intermediate | Time: 60–90 minutes

Prepare. Gather the module, USB dongle, and documentation. Identify the AUX or AMI connector in your armrest storage box or beneath the centre console.

Power down. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30 seconds to reset the infotainment system.

Connect audio. Locate the AUX or AMI connector and plug the module's audio input cable. Route cables neatly behind the trim panel to avoid pinching or heat exposure.

Secure the box. Mount the Android box in a location with adequate airflow (typically above or below the infotainment unit). Use supplied brackets or adhesive pads.

USB dongle setup. For wired Android Mirroring or CarPlay, connect the USB dongle to the module and route the cable to the front-facing USB port of your vehicle.

Bluetooth pairing. Power the module. On your iPhone or Android phone, search for the module's Bluetooth ID and pair. For wireless CarPlay, ensure WiFi is enabled on both the module and your phone.

Test navigation. Open Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps. Confirm touchscreen and steering wheel controls work. Toggle between Land Rover and smartphone interfaces using the NAV or Home button.

Audio calibration. Adjust the equaliser settings (Pop, Rock, Soft, Standard) to your preference using the on-screen menu.

Camera setup (optional). If adding aftermarket cameras, connect them to the module's camera inputs. Enable dynamic guidance lines in settings.

Reconnect battery. Restore the negative terminal. Perform a full system reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Test all functions.
