- Begin with the vehicle off and the interior at room temperature — cold panels or adhesive can reduce initial bond strength.
- Use the included cleaning wipe to thoroughly degrease the cigarette lighter panel surround. Allow the surface to dry fully for 2–3 minutes.
- Test-fit the decoration cover against the panel without removing the adhesive backing to confirm alignment and check clearances.
- Peel the adhesive backing from the cover, aligning carefully to the panel edges before making contact — reposition is limited once adhesive touches the surface.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the entire cover surface for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Allow 12–24 hours before exposing the panel to heat, moisture, or significant vibration for full cure strength.
⚠ Important: This cover is designed exclusively for Left Hand Drive (LHD) LC250 and Prado 1958 models. Attempting fitment on a Right Hand Drive vehicle will result in incorrect panel alignment.
