- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface with the ignition off and key removed before beginning.
- Using a trim removal tool, carefully unclip the existing front grille from the bumper assembly. Release all retaining clips around the perimeter — there is no need to remove the bumper.
- Disconnect any existing ambient lighting or sensor connectors attached to the factory grille, noting their positions for reassembly reference.
- Offer up the Octa Style Grille to the bumper aperture and align all mounting tabs with the factory clip positions. Press firmly until each clip engages with an audible click.
- Route the LED wiring harness along the inner bumper channel, keeping leads away from any moving parts or heat sources. Connect the harness to your preferred power source — DRL feed, sidelights, or a switched ignition live.
- Test the LED function before completing the installation. Confirm illumination is consistent across the full bar with no flickering.
- Secure any excess wiring with the supplied cable ties and replace any trim panels removed during access.
