Installation Notes

- Drain cooling system completely into a clean container. Capture and recycle old coolant responsibly.
- Remove the front bumper fascia and undertray to access the manifold assembly location.
- Disconnect the old heater manifold tube from the engine block and cabin heater inlet/outlet ports.
- Unplug the original temperature sensor connector—note the orientation for correct reinstallation.
- Install the new heater manifold tube, ensuring all connection points are seated firmly and clamps are torqued to specification.
- Reconnect the new temperature sensor harness, matching the original connector orientation.
- Refill the cooling system with fresh Land Rover/Range Rover specification coolant, then bleed air from the system.
- Test cabin heater function and monitor for leaks during initial warm-up cycle.
