Installation

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Safety first—kill all power before touching any electrical assembly.

Remove the old light assemblies. Unscrew each lamp housing (front, rear, reverse, fog). Most are held by 2–4 stainless bolts. Note the wire orientation before unplugging.

Unplug the old connector. Gently disconnect the factory harness. Avoid tugging; wiggle gently side-to-side.

Fit the new LED assembly into the housing. Align the gasket, then plug in the connector. The polarity is keyed, so it only fits one way.

Secure with the provided screws and gaskets. Use the stainless hardware included. Ensure the gasket sits flush to prevent water ingress.

Repeat for all 10 lights. Front turn signals, front position lights, rear indicators, rear tail/brake, reverse, and fog light.

Install the LED flasher unit. Locate your original flasher relay (typically under the dash or in the engine bay fuse panel). Unplug it, plug in the new intelligent unit. Secure with cable ties if needed.

Reconnect the battery. Switch on ignition and test all lights—turn signals, brake, reverse, fog, sidemarkers. All should illuminate instantly and brightly.

Check alignment. If any lens is misaligned, remove the assembly and reseat the gasket.
⚠ Waterproofing: Do not overtighten screws—you'll crush the gasket. Hand-tight, then one gentle turn with a screwdriver. Water ingress will cause corrosion and LED failure.
