Installation Notes

- Thoroughly clean the existing rear AC vent housing with an isopropyl alcohol wipe to remove any dust, grease, or residue. Allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Dry-fit the trim cover over the vent to confirm alignment and positioning before committing to the adhesive bond.
- Peel the protective backing from the double-sided adhesive on the reverse of the trim piece.
- Carefully align the cover over the vent outlet and press firmly into place, applying even pressure across the full surface for 30–60 seconds.
- Repeat for the second vent cover on the opposing side. Avoid operating the rear AC vents at full force for at least 2 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
⚠ Note: Installation in ambient temperatures below 10°C (50°F) may reduce initial adhesive bond strength. If fitting in cold conditions, gently warm the adhesive surface with a heat gun or hairdryer on a low setting before application. Do not apply to a dirty, damp, or oily surface.
