Installation Notes

Locate jets: Open your hood and identify the headlight washer nozzles mounted in the front bumper below each headlamp (left and right sides).

Disconnect washer hose: Gently pull the rubber supply tubing from the old nozzle. You may see a small plastic retaining clip—press it inward to release.

Remove old nozzle: The nozzle itself typically twists counterclockwise about a quarter turn, then slides out of its bumper bracket.

Install new nozzle: Align the new jet into the same bracket and twist clockwise until snug (do not over-torque).

Reconnect hose: Push the washer fluid tubing firmly onto the new nozzle's barbed inlet until you hear or feel a click.

Test spray: Activate your windshield washer control with the engine running; you should see clean, symmetric jets spray across both headlamps.

Inspect for leaks: After testing, visually check the connection points and bumper interior for any drips. Let settle for 5 minutes.
Do not force: If a nozzle resists removal, apply gentle heat (warm water or a heat gun on low) to the plastic to soften it slightly. Never use excessive torque—you may crack the bumper mounting boss. If tubing splits, replace it with 5mm silicone washer hose (widely available).
