Installation Notes
🛠 DIY Friendly · No Tools Required · Est. 20–30 Minutes
- Thoroughly clean the existing mirror housing with an isopropyl alcohol wipe and allow to dry completely — any grease, wax, or residue will reduce adhesion.
- Dry-fit each cover to your mirror housing to confirm positioning and orientation before committing to the bond.
- Peel the protective backing from the double-sided adhesive strips on the underside of the cover.
- Align the cover carefully with the mirror housing and press firmly from the centre outward, applying even pressure across the full surface for 30–60 seconds.
- Repeat for the second mirror cover on the opposite side.
- Allow the adhesive to cure fully — ideally 24 hours at ambient temperature — before driving in wet or adverse conditions.
⚠ Note: Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or in direct sunlight, as extreme temperatures can affect adhesive performance. Avoid running the vehicle through an automated car wash within the first 48 hours of installation.
