- Park your vehicle and ensure the steering wheel is in the central, neutral position. Turn off the ignition and allow the wheel to cool if recently driven.
- Clean the existing button trim surround thoroughly using an isopropyl alcohol wipe. Remove any dust, skin oils, or polish residue. Allow to dry fully for 2–3 minutes.
- Test-fit the trim frame over the button cluster before committing — confirm the profile sits flush and all button apertures align correctly with no overhang.
- Peel the protective backing from the pre-applied adhesive tape. Align the frame carefully from one edge, pressing down progressively to avoid air pockets or misalignment.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the entire frame surface for 30–60 seconds. Allow the adhesive to cure for 1 hour before regular use.
- Repeat for the opposite side. Inspect both frames in good light to confirm even placement and consistent gap lines around each button.
⚠ Note: Do not stretch, flex, or force the trim frame during installation. Carbon fiber composite is rigid and will crack under bending stress. If fitment feels misaligned, remove carefully and reposition — do not apply additional pressure to compensate.
