Installation Notes
⏱ Estimated Time: 5–10 minutes | 🔧 Difficulty: Beginner
- Ensure the vehicle is parked with the engine off and ignition disengaged.
- Use the included alcohol prep wipe to thoroughly clean the existing start stop button surround. Allow 60 seconds to dry completely — any residue or moisture will affect adhesion.
- Peel the protective backing from the double-sided adhesive on the rear of the carbon cover.
- Carefully align the cover over the start stop button, using the pre-cut profile to guide placement. Do not press down yet — confirm alignment first.
- Once positioned correctly, apply firm, even pressure for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Allow a minimum of 2 hours before subjecting the area to vibration or moisture for optimal cure.
⚠ Note: Ensure the button surround is completely dry and free of wax, polish or dashboard protectant before fitting. Applying the cover to a treated surface may reduce long-term adhesion.
