Installation
Difficulty Level: Intermediate | Time Required: 20–30 minutes
- Open your T2 trunk fully and clear the cargo area of any loose items.
- Locate the factory attachment points on the left and right interior walls.
- Insert the shock-absorbing cotton buffer pads into the pre-drilled alignment slots.
- Secure the aluminum crossbar using the supplied stainless steel fasteners and brackets.
- Adjust the height to your preferred position using the adjustment slots.
- Test stability by applying light pressure; the panel should be rigid with no flex.
- Close the trunk carefully and verify the panel doesn't interfere with door seals or cargo lid movement.
Note: Do not overtighten fasteners, as this may damage the aluminum frame or trunk lining. Hand-tight plus one-quarter turn is sufficient.
