Installation Notes

- Safely disconnect the vehicle battery before beginning any work on the headlight assemblies.
- Remove the front bumper or access panel as required to gain clear access to the back of each headlight unit on the L320.
- Carefully detach the headlight assembly from its mounting points and disconnect the existing wiring loom connectors.
- Open the headlight housing (gentle heat from a heat gun may assist with sealed units) and position the SMD halo ring within the reflector bowl, securing with the supplied ABS clips.
- Route the wiring harness through the existing headlight grommet and connect to a switched 12V ignition feed or DRL circuit as preferred.
- Reassemble the headlight housing, refit the assembly, and reconnect all factory connectors before reattaching the battery.
- Test both halo rings before fully refitting any trim panels, confirming even illumination across each ring.
⚠ Important: This kit requires access to the interior of the headlight housing. Opening sealed headlight units may affect their weather resistance if not properly resealed. Use a suitable automotive adhesive sealant when reassembling. If in doubt, consult a qualified auto-electrician or lighting specialist. Always verify your local road traffic regulations regarding the use of additional lighting as DRLs.
