- Before beginning, wash and degrease the intended mounting area on the vehicle body thoroughly. Allow the surface to dry completely — any moisture or residue will compromise adhesive bond strength.
- Dry-fit the deflector vents against the body panels to confirm positioning and alignment. Compare carefully against the product images to ensure correct orientation for your specific model variant.
- Mark the intended placement lightly if needed. Peel back a small section of the adhesive backing and position one end of the deflector carefully against the body panel.
- Once aligned, press firmly along the full length of the deflector for a minimum of 30 seconds, applying even pressure across the entire adhesive surface.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before exposing the vehicle to rain, a car wash, or motorway speeds. This ensures maximum bond strength is achieved before any stress is applied.
