- Park the vehicle on a level surface and ensure the interior is at a stable temperature — avoid fitting in direct sunlight or extreme cold, as this affects adhesive performance.
- Thoroughly clean the existing window switch panel surround using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or a clean microfibre cloth. Allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Dry-fit the frame cover over the switch housing to confirm alignment and positioning before committing. Check that all switch cutouts align precisely with the factory buttons.
- Peel the protective film from the pre-applied adhesive tape on the reverse of the cover, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface.
- Align the cover carefully with the switch housing, then press firmly and evenly across the entire surface for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before applying pressure to the switch area or wiping the surface down.
