- Thoroughly clean the existing rear vent surrounds using an isopropyl alcohol wipe to remove any dust, oils, or residue. Allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Test-fit both covers dry against the vent openings to confirm alignment and orientation before committing to adhesive.
- Peel the protective backing from the pre-applied double-sided adhesive on the rear of each cover.
- Carefully position the first cover over the vent surround, aligning the edges precisely before pressing down. Once contact is made with the adhesive, repositioning will be difficult.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the entire cover surface for 30–60 seconds to ensure a strong initial bond.
- Repeat the process for the second cover on the opposite side.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before exposing the area to significant heat or cleaning products.
⚠ Important: Ensure the cabin temperature is above 15°C (59°F) during installation to allow the adhesive to bond correctly. Fitting in cold conditions may result in reduced adhesion. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the cover surfaces — a soft damp cloth is sufficient for ongoing maintenance.
