Installation

Prepare the surface: Clean both mirror caps thoroughly with soap and warm water. Dry completely with a soft cloth and allow 5 minutes for air-drying. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol if the surface is dusty or oily.

Position the left cap: Carefully align the new cap with your driver's-side mirror. Start at the top edge and press downward firmly, ensuring no air bubbles form. Hold pressure for 15 seconds.

Secure the right cap: Repeat the process on the passenger side, maintaining even pressure across the entire surface.

Final inspection: Walk around your vehicle and inspect both caps from multiple angles. The seams should be invisible and the finish flush with the mirror body.

Allow curing: Do not touch or wash the mirrors for 24 hours to allow the adhesive to set fully.
Note: The adhesive backing is permanent. If you need to remove the caps in future, use a heat gun on low setting to soften the adhesive, then peel away slowly. Residue can be removed with adhesive remover and isopropyl alcohol.
