Installation Notes

- Park the vehicle on a level surface and ensure the sill area is clean and free from mud or debris before beginning.
- Locate the factory mounting points along the underside of the vehicle sill on both the driver and passenger sides — no new holes are required.
- Attach the supplied mounting brackets to the factory fixing points using the provided bolts, ensuring each bracket is flush and torqued to specification.
- With a second person assisting, align each step board onto the mounted brackets, checking that the step surface is level and the leading/trailing edges are symmetrical.
- Secure the step boards to the brackets using the remaining hardware from the kit. Do not fully tighten until both boards are positioned and visually confirmed to be even.
- Perform a final torque pass on all fixing points, then check each board by applying body weight gradually to confirm stability before use.
Note: Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with under-vehicle work. Ensure all bolts are correctly torqued — undertightened fixings can cause movement or noise during driving. Do not exceed the 220 lb (100 kg) per-board load rating.
