- Begin with a clean, dry cabin — ensure the seat adjustment frame area is free from dust, grease, and moisture. Use an isopropyl alcohol wipe for best adhesion results.
- Dry-fit each trim cover against the seat frame before committing — confirm the profile aligns correctly with no gaps or overhangs on either side.
- Peel back the protective film from the adhesive side of one trim cover, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface.
- Align the cover carefully over the seat frame surround, pressing firmly from the centre outward to eliminate any air pockets beneath the surface.
- Apply firm, even pressure for 30–60 seconds across the full face of the cover to ensure the adhesive bonds securely.
- Repeat the process for the second cover on the opposite seat frame.
- Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before operating the seat adjustment mechanism repeatedly.
⚠ Note: Surface temperature affects adhesive performance. Do not install in direct sunlight or when the interior surface temperature is above 35°C. For best results, install in a shaded environment at room temperature. Ensure the adhesive area is fully dry before application.
